I checked Honesty, so I possibly couldn't check any other, since I think there's always something more to strive for. AND I couldn't check Humility because well, I wanted to check like three others too ;)
The hamster question is nearly impossible, but Roborovski hamsters edge out dwarf Russian Campbell for me. Also, I'm not sure I'd ever seen Chinese hamsters before -- they are also ridiculously cute! The look like cuddlified mouses! :D
I kind of love Syrian goldens best, because they were mostly what I had as a kid, but the picture of that dwarf winter white Russian hamster is too unbelievably cute not to vote for.
