I wish I could answer better for the things I own but I threw a lot of my baking equipment away when we moved because of miss-use by others.

And I couldn't answer much to the favorite baking items because I much enjoy vegan baking. It's harder but sometimes when you use soy stuff and it's usually soy yogurt and/or apple cider vinegar instead of eggs a lot of those baked good just taste so much more amazing. I don't know why, and it may just be psychological but it really does.

The thought of "Banana Butterscotch Pie" made me jizz in my pants.

HOT PIE! My absolute favourite baking supply is the rolling machine at work - who wouldn't want a machine that rolls out dough for you? I personally own a lot of seldom-used but always interesting baking supplies - madeline pans, palette knives, plastic spatula thingies... My kitchen is a jungle of supplies. If only I could find my way around there.

Okay, the white chocolate citrus cake was actually more done by my mum, but it was the best we ever made, and I want to do it again, but our oven died and now we're working with a mini oven :(

I HAVE an electric mixer... but I always mix by hand. And yeah. That's about it. Oh. And sugar. No preference. I do what the recipe calls for, but don't favor one over the other.
