I'm an atheist who grew up in Brooklyn. I have 'celebrated' (i.e., went to a celebration and ate the food) plenty of Jewish holidays with some friends (and one ex-boyfriend). I am aware that they have nothing to do with Christian holidays. I admit that the phrasing wasn't the best there, but nothing of that sort was actually meant by it. I appreciate all holidays that involve deliciousness, of any kind. ;)
Oh yeah, that was just my being moody and stubborn (shocking for a Lannister, I know). I didn't intend any aspersions on you personally. I probably could have worded my comment better too. :P
