I'm hopelessly addicted to buying lip gloss and balm. In 2007 my new year's resolution was to not buy any, and I stuck with it. I had so much already stashed that I didn't need to buy any in 2008 so far (but I caved and bought three tins of lip balm last week. I really wanted some tangerine lip balm.)

Also, I think I said I was a fan of pasta salad. Well I'm not really.

Honestly? Driving scares the hell out of me.

Let's just say I fail at pets. My brother's got me beat, though. Smacking toads against the shed-whateverthing with a tennis racket. Mmhmm.

Also, your subject? NOW THE SONG WILL NOT DEPART.

I kill fish. And then I eat them. AND IT IS DELICIOUS. I'd kill deer if I could, because they can also be tasty. I am a hunter (wannabe), and I am not ashamed.

Also, I'd probably buy a shitload of perfume... but I think a multitude of underwear would be a lot more fun. And comfortable.

Oh, and driving = way fun.

I don't drive *because* I hate driving in general, so I went with the root cause since they weren't radio boxes. (Well, and I also hate driving because I can't find my way anywhere except by a sort of Brownian motion, and that's really hard to do with a car without breaking all sorts of pesky laws...)

My "Other" for the salad question includes all kinds of weird Russian salads that would probably seem disgusting to me in theory if I hadn't been eating them since childhood. I conclude this because I recoiled at both "cooked vegetable salad" and "ham salad" before remembering that two of my favorite Russian salads are composed of cooked veggies, and one of them also has ham...

My answer to the crime question would vary between suicide and life without parole depending on the conditions of said life without parole -- if my safety was absolutely guarranteed and I would have reasonable comfort, I might go for that. Otherwise, suicide seems preferrable.

Probably driving where you are and driving where I am rate very differently on the headache-o-meter.

Your question was, "Do you enjoy driving, just for the hell of it?" And the answer to that specific question is yes. But I really dislike roads and cars and the idea of all of our individual transportation and I think it sucks. Alas, I do love to use it myself. Honestly one of the greatest things I've been able to do so far is speed extremely fast through beautiful landscapes while blasting my favourite music with an arm out of the window... it just makes me happy. And then it makes me sad that it makes me happy, because I'm really quite unhappy about the effects of this activity :\

You left out shirts/tops on your clothes-addiction question. I noticed because that's what I'm addicted to buying. :)

I love driving aimlessly, but thanks to gas prices and a "green" conscience I don't do it anymore. :/

As to the crime conviction question, allow me to make a very appropriate and awesome quote: "Death is so terribly final, but life is full of possibilities." :D

I like driving around to nowhere... barefoot.

Ohhh, it's such a lovely experience.

And I'm already addicted to buying earrings. There was no contest. :| Well, I'd be addicted to eyeshadow, but that shit is expensive.

There's that, but there's also the fact that I only got my license a month ago. Probably suffering from lingering new driver anxiety or something.

Yeah, that was a pretty obvious thing for me to be missing, damn. I guess it was possibly *too* obvious for it to even pop up in my mind.

Oh yeah right *duh* but I didn't get my license long ago either, and while I was anxious, it was nice to be able to get away from things a while. I had a lot less to worry about even as a new driver, things are so spread out here I could drive for half an hour and not encounter serious (or sometimes any!) traffic.

I'm sure you're a fabulous driver btw, if you don't have a big head about it that means you won't do anything reckless.

Yeah gas is a big reason it doesn't happen much any more. My car was somewhat fuel efficient, for an American car at least, so I didn't feel too guilty before (though, you can never have too much green guilt!), but it's not even affordable now :(

Favorite salad: I selected 'other.' It's insalata caprese.

For the accessory question I selected 'bags' but I mean 'purses.' <3

Well, it's definitely difficult to have a "big head" about driving, considering that my parents have been telling me I'm a terrible driver since...before I ever sat behind a wheel at all. Lol.

But thanks for the confidence anyway. ;)

Caprese is one of my favorites, too! It's hard to say no whenever I see it on a menu.

I once accidentally ran over a bird with a lawnmower, but I don't know if it was already dead before that, because really, what kind of bird sees a lawn more coming and stays there? But it was a very traumatic experience and I refused to cut the rest of the grass because I insisted it smelled like blood. And death. I get the feeling that there are times when my parents find me to be a very difficult child.

Just needed to elaborate :o)

Okay, I know you hate the term, however, I would end up only buying Hoodies for the rest of forever. Currently, I've got about 23.

I've killed frogs, chipmunks, squirrels, a pheasant, a morning dove, & a really really big snapping turtle. All with my car.

A...blind one? But no worries, I'm sure a blind bird could at least hear the lawnmower. So unless the bird was blind *and* deaf, it was dead before you got there. What would be the odds of that? :)
