So, restaurants in Europe don't do doggie bags, apparently -- or at least B tells me so, possibly to prevent me from mortifying us all by outing myself as American, I don't know -- and I find it SO. FREAKING. ANNOYING! Because I paid for the food dammit, it's mine! my precioussss! thief, Baggins, thief! what does it matter if I cannot finish it right this very instant?

I have meals where I eat nothing but dessert. Those are totally the best kind!

I remember when I visited the US and found out about the doggy bag, I thought it was so funny :D

Yeah, I feel like the doggy bag option just makes logical sense. I have no idea why Europeans want people to get less than what they paid for, that's pretty odd to me!

Hahaha, yeah, they sure can be. I ate two pieces of cake for breakfast every day when I was on that mini-vacation with Anders. It was quite wonderful. :D
