There are probably other things I could be doing right now, but it's my last day of spring break, and thus, probably the last time I'll have time to make ridiculous poll until the end of May. So I'm doing it.

[Poll #1547729]

Thanks for taking! I hope everybody had a good holiday, whether Passover, Easter, or simply enjoying glorious time off!

Re: Robert Downey Jr., I think he had the most difficult situation to bounce back from, is what it comes down to. I'm basically equally impressed with Neil and Ellen.

Anyway, baby animals that are the cutest:

BBC's Life caused me to become obsessed with these Weddell seals:

I've always loved tortoises of ALL ages:

And I can't resist the fuzzy ridiculousness of baby flamingos:

I can't agree with Robert. In fact, I think he'd be last on my list, simply because he never went away. He didn't have a comeback, he kept getting work easily (when he wasn't in prison) because he is so talented. He was lining up jobs IN prison, even. If you look at his career, the only times he wasn't making brilliant movies (or brilliant performances) is when the government wouldn't let him. If anything, Hollywood itself impresses me in this situation for not caring about his illegal activities.

Hahah, I suppose that's a point. I guess I'm too young to have noticed him being around before - I feel like he just started getting big a few years ago, but it might have just been me just getting into movies and stuff then.

I am glad that you do agree with the much more important issue of the Weddell seal, though! :D

Oh wow. The basset hound is cute with its ears and having such a wise-looking face for its age, but that tiger cub is pretty much melting my heart over here. I've seen pictures of tiger cubs, but I don't think I've ever seen them in action before. Almost too cute to handle! :)

Continued love for those gliders of yours.

And for all lemurs. Such fabulous eyes!

As for the also adorable kitties, that pose in the first picture is just perfect. :D

I think there's no need to post eveidence for kittens and puppies, but I want to point out at the awesomeness that is the baby sloth:

Anyway, funny that you asked about the skill we acquired during our school career, since today I've been spending a considerable amount of time sharing exactly that kind of thought with some facebook friends who didn't know I had attended an art oriented high school. I think that influenced me a lot, not just in my career choice but in my attitude towards life in general and overall mentality.

School is powerful, agreed. It's sad when it ends up being so powerful in a negative light, but I feel like most people I know have been fortunate in this regard.

And ahhh, I love that baby sloth!
